Who is responsible
LazyCart Zürich pilot team. Until a final legal entity and postal address are confirmed, privacy questions can be sent to hello@lazycart.ch.
Information we collect
Pilot form
When you join the Zürich pilot, we collect your email address and postcode or neighborhood. You may also provide your first name, intended use case, and optional consent for general product updates.
Portal accounts
If you use the separate LazyCart Portal, we may process account details such as your email address, display name, location, role, and activity associated with that account. Password authentication is handled through Supabase.
Local website data
The current prototype stores limited interaction events and local form copies in your browser's local storage. This helps the development team test the experience locally. Clear the site's browser data to remove those local copies.
Why we use this information
- To understand where people want LazyCart pilot access.
- To contact you when testing opens in or near your area.
- To operate and secure portal accounts.
- To improve the prototype and diagnose form or navigation problems.
- To send occasional product updates only when you choose that option.
Services involved
The current project can use Netlify for hosted form submissions and Supabase for portal authentication and account data. Google Fonts is loaded for typography, and the site may load the Supabase JavaScript library from jsDelivr when portal configuration is enabled. Final production providers and data locations must be confirmed here before launch.
How long we keep information
Pilot-interest information should be kept only as long as needed to operate the pilot and follow up with you. Exact production retention periods have not yet been finalized and must be added before launch.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw optional product-update consent by emailing hello@lazycart.ch. Withdrawing optional updates does not prevent necessary messages about pilot access you requested.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the product, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will show the latest version.
