Using LazyCart

Can I use LazyCart today?

Not publicly yet. We are inviting pilot users in stages around ETH Student Village and nearby Zürich neighborhoods.

Which stores and products does the prototype use?

The current prototype searches Migros products. Retailer coverage for the pilot will be confirmed before ordering opens.

Can I change products or quantities?

Yes. The current basket draft lets you adjust quantities and remove products before moving forward.

How are allergies and dietary preferences handled?

You can describe preferences in your request, but you should always review product labels and ingredients yourself. Allergy-safe ordering is not yet guaranteed.

Ordering and access

What will delivery cost, and is there a minimum order?

Those details are still being tested. Exact fees, minimums, and availability will be shown before anyone places an order.

What happens after I join the Zürich pilot?

We save your area and email, then contact you when testing opens nearby. Joining does not create an order or require payment.

Do I need to live near ETH?

The first delivery tests focus on ETH Student Village and nearby buildings. You can still join with another Zürich postcode so we know where interest exists.

Still curious?

Watch the working prototype or add your neighborhood to the Zürich pilot list.
